About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Product Engineer to join our platform development team. In this role you’ll leverage your background and experience in developing detailed specifications and solutions, balancing cutting edge technical work with client and market needs. You'll play a key part in driving the evolution of our platform's spatial capabilities, ensuring that we continue to deliver innovative solutions in the rapidly evolving geospatial domain.

This is not a software development role, but your technical skills will allow you to bridge the gap between development teams, product definition and customer-facing/domain understanding. As we expand our product offerings, your experience with GIS and spatial data will help guide new features and improvements, keeping our solutions aligned with evolving customer needs and market trends.
Your role will also involve gathering and interpreting inputs from customers, potential clients, and industry trends, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure that our products stay relevant and innovative in the land administration domain. With our current focus on spatial solutions, and potential future product shifts, this is an ideal role for someone with deep geospatial experience and a curiosity to explore new directions.
This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.
Compensation & Benefits:

Remote within Canada (our ideal candidate has the flexibility & maturity to manage a schedule that includes occasional virtual and in-person collaboration with teams in PST, India, and Northern Ireland)
Five (5) weeks of paid PTO annually

Support for professional development
