Our process begins with a comprehensive needs assessment, conducted in person or over the phone, to understand your specific issues and desired outcomes. This ensures that our training is tailored to meet your team's unique development needs. We then design a customized training itinerary, which we review with you and adjust based on your feedback. After the training, we engage in a follow-up discussion to evaluate feedback and outline possible next steps.

Our team development sessions utilize a variety of methods, including team initiatives, challenges, awareness activities, small and large group discussions, strategic planning processes, and insightful debriefs. These workshops are grounded in the Experiential Learning Model, which immerses participants in a process that engages both intellect and emotions, fostering a cycle of experience, reflection, generalization, and transfer. This model ensures that participants actively engage in learning by doing, helping them strategize, solve problems, and overcome obstacles together.

Retainers

Our monthly retainer clients get the expertise and experience of a team of senior People & Culture pros without the cost of a senior-level salary.

  • As a retainer client, you’ll receive responsive support, guidance and practical solutions so you can find your people, grow your people, and keep your people happy.

    Our consultants are matched based on their background and your needs. They want to get to know your culture so they can operate as a true extension of your team.

  • All new retainer clients go through a People and Culture Discovery with your new support team. This process looks at your existing processes, documentation and culture, with the goal of co-creating a roadmap of priorities tailored to your needs.

    Your consultant will meet with you regularly to collaborate on the retainer roadmap and provide flexible support for urgent activities.
