Thoughts from RW’s Leader: Fresh Take on 2025

As the new year begins, I feel a deep gratitude for the life I’ve built and a renewed focus on making it even more meaningful.

Setting goals isn’t about doing more; it’s about aligning with what truly matters and letting go of what doesn’t serve me.

Last year, I focused on creating space: reducing overwhelm, saying no without guilt, and prioritizing meaningful time with my family.

Looking back, I see progress—not perfection, but intentional steps toward a life and business I’m proud of.

This year, I want to slow down, focus on what matters most, and trust that clarity comes from intentionality.

I want to spend meaningful time with my family, nurture my close relationships, and choose clients and projects that align with my values and vision.

To create space for what matters, I use a simple exercise called “Stop, Start, Continue.” It’s a quick way to reflect and prioritize.

Take a few minutes to ask yourself:

  • What’s one thing you’re doing that no longer serves you or your goals?

  • What’s one habit or practice you’d like to begin this year?

  • What’s already working well that you want to carry forward into the new year?

Writing down your answers can bring clarity and help you align with what truly matters.

My biggest lesson is that growth doesn’t come from doing it all—it comes from doing what matters. As we enter this new year, I invite you to reflect on what you could let go of to create space for something better.

Here’s to a year of clarity, connection, and intentional growth.
